We were brought on to lead the full interior design and project management of this 4-bedroom, 5-bath new construction modern lake house. Our scope included custom designed cabinetry, tile, lighting,
furnishings, and exterior color consulting—curating every detail for a home designed to feel both timeless and deeply personal.

 

For this young, retired couple relocating from Connecticut to Central Massachusetts, the vision was to create their dream forever home: a modern lake house infused with traditional charm, surrounded by sweeping waterfront views on all sides. Designed for aging in place, this residence also serves as a welcoming retreat where their grown children and future grandchildren can gather, ensuring the home becomes a cherished destination for generations to come.
